If you wish to return a Pet Loss Kit for any reason, you must:
- Return the kit within 14 days of the delivery date with the packing slip indicating the reason for the return.
- Upon our receipt of the returned kit, a refund will be issued less a $15 processing fee.
- The kit being returned must be unopened.
- Individual Keepsake items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund if they are undamaged.
- Upon our receipt of the item, a refund will be issued less a $15 processing fee.
Replacement of a product, or products, in the kit, or a keepsake due to damage
- Take a picture of the damaged item and send the photo to customerservice@myfriendsupport.com.
- Upon verification of the damaged product, a replacement will be sent at no cost.
- You do not need to return the damaged item.
- If your kit is missing an item, contact My Friend customer service and the missing item will be sent to you at no cost.

- Replacements will be sent using the standard shipping methods. Time frames for receiving a replacement kit are:
- USA: 10-15 days
- CAN: 2-3 weeks
- INT: 3-4 weeks
If an order is returned as undeliverable due to a bad address, we will issue a refund minus postage and a $15 processing fee.
